North on 395This is where most of my photo adventures start—crossing over the overpass in Inyokern, CA heading north on HWY395. This photo is the one that got the most attention when I first published it, and I don’t think I’ll ever capture it again.
Sailing VenturaI love the beach almost as much as I love the mountains. There is something tranquil about both.

AURORA BOREALISThis was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me. I was not getting too hyped about the possibility of seeing the northern lights this far south in California. I am so glad I went out and waited. It was truly an awe-inspiring moment.

Super Blood Blue MoonI was so glad I got up early early in the morning to watch this Super Blood Blue Moon. I was so crazy to see the stars with the full moon out.

Cafe in Derry, IrelandIt was a rainy cool day in Derry. I did some heavy editing, in regards to removing cameras and other surveillance equipment. It was distracting from the focal point of the couple enjoying their time in the cafe.

Two of KindThis was a lucky shot. These Snow Geese arrive every year and I go out and take pictures every year of them. I have tried so many time to get them right underneath for this shot. So for me it was a planned, but lucky shot.
Twin Lakes in FallShot this across the lake. Wasn’t sure if was going to come out the way it did.
Puddle in TexasJust after a rain storm had cleared up, I took my camera and just stuck to the edge of puddle in my family’s driveway. Just on of my trucks driving on Robert Lee Hwy.
Frozen Desert SunriseRain is rare, and frozen ponds more so. I was hoping for more of a reflection shot, but when I saw that most of the dirt road ponds were broken up you make due with what is there.
Autumn WaterfallI almost drove right pass this area. Just happened to catch the water flowing in the corner of my eye. It was absolutely breathtaking.

Crab House MontereyI like this photo just because it reminds me why I enjoy traveling, and that’s food.
Wild Berries in North LakeJust was enjoying the morning fishing and took some time to get some photos. I love seeing life in all its form.

Channel Island LighthouseMid-afternoon lighting is not the best for photography. But was able to dodge and burn a photo to make something of a rather flat photo.
Red School House OlanchaI almost missed this picture. My wife and I were just driving to Lone Pine for breakfast and just to enjoy the views. I just happen to see the old school really stand out against the snow. I’ve seen the old schoolhouse for decades and was the first time it just stood out like it did.
Ventura at NightLiving mainly in the desert of California, it is always nice to escape to the beach. My favorite beach in California is Ventura. Personally, it is the mix of everything I enjoy about the beach. From cooler temperatures, great food, great beaches, and just a great vibe.
Wild Horses in Independence, CaThese wild horses were walked up behind me, and I didn’t even notice for some time. I was pleasantly surprised when I turned around and saw them there. It was a great surprise to see.
